🦷 Tooth Gem Aftercare Instructions

To help your new gem stay sparkling and your teeth stay healthy, please follow these care guidelines:

First 24 Hours:

✅ Do not touch or play with the gem.
🚫 Avoid eating or drinking for 1 hour after application.
🥤 Stick to soft foods — avoid anything hard, sticky, or crunchy.
🪥 Do not brush over the gem for 12 hours. After that, use a soft toothbrush and be gentle around the area.
🚫 Avoid alcohol-based mouthwash and whitening toothpaste near the gem.
🚭 Try not to smoke or vape immediately after application if possible.

Ongoing Maintenance:

🧼 Maintain good oral hygiene — brush twice daily and rinse with a gentle, alcohol-free mouthwash.
🛑 Don’t pick at the gem or try to remove it yourself.
👩‍⚕️ If the gem becomes loose, contact your technician — don’t attempt to reapply at home.

How Long Will It Last?

Tooth gems can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on your oral habits and the gem placement. Some fall off naturally over time — this is normal.
